TRAIL SERVICES / LESTER KENWAY
Lester Kenway is the most well-known name in the field of rock construction techniques as they relate to the building and maintenance of hiking trails. In addition to his work with trail crews in Maine, and his busy training schedule, Lester operates a tool supply company, Trail Services, from his base in Bangor, Maine.
Lester will be teaching rock shaping skills at Bear Mountain in April, as part of the New York - New Jersey Trail Conference Bear Mountain project.
